We offer 1-1 personal fitness training, semi-private and partner training and small group personal training. Both male and female trainers are available. Our dynamic, fun, results-oriented workouts combine resistance training, cardio workouts, plyometrics, core training, functional fitness and flexibility.
Fitness By Design now offers Small Group Personal Training. Are you looking to save money? Are you looking for a partner to train but cannot find one? Small Group Personal Training has the similar benefits of 1-1 personal training at a fraction of the cost. SmallGroup Personal Training is in groups of up to 5 people at predetermined times and days with one of our expert trainers. With Small Group Personal Training you get the same great training as a 1-1 training session at a discounted rate. With Small Group Personal Training you can train with up to 4 partners and never have to worry about your rates changing!
Are Rates are as follows and once you purchase a package they NEVER expire! These rates are based on a minimum purchase of 10 sessions. However… times are tough, we get it… we will work with you if you are serious about working with us!
Personal Training Rates – $45/30 minute session $85/60 minute session (Discounts given for couples)
Boot Camp Rates: $20 per person per 60 minute session – class is limited you MUST reserve your space. Currently our Bootcamps ae offered on Saturdays at 8am and 9am as an overflow option. Along with personal training, nutrition plays a critical role in getting your results. We can educate you on what foods to eat, how much to eat and when, how to grocery shop and eating to improve your energy. Additionally, we offer a select few nutritional items at our center to help optimize recovery, promote fat loss and energy.
